Inflatable flues for the restoration of wood-fired ovens
In wood-fired ovens, in addition to high temperatures, soot and moisture attack the internal walls of the ducts day after day, causing cracks, leaks and structural damage.
The best solution for restoring deteriorated flues is a system that works from the inside.
For this reason, at Beca Engineering we have developed inflatable flues specifically for wood-fired ovens. They are 100% non-combustible and suitable for any context.

HT1000: ceramic liner for extreme temperatures and high performance
Beca Engineering has developed HT1000: a fully inorganic thermosetting liner in refractory ceramic. This technology has been specifically designed for the non-destructive rehabilitation of flues serving wood-fired ovens, as well as stoves and fireplaces.
The ideal solution for pizzerias, bakeries, industrial ovens and high-intensity systems, HT1000 is in European fire reaction class A1, with thermal resistance T600 and soot fire resistance. This liner is installed without demolition and adheres perfectly to the internal walls of any existing flue, even in the presence of cracks or deformation.
The result is a certified flue, restored to like-new condition in compliance with European standards, featuring a non-combustible internal layer, free of joints and weak points.
