Inflatable flues:
liners for the restoration of flues and air ducts

Developed and entirely designed in Italy in Beca Engineering laboratories, our inflatable flues are the result of over twenty years of on-site experience. In-house production is based on the use of patented thermosetting materials and custom processes, with the goal of obtaining innovative and certified devices that evolve in line with current European regulations.

The objective is simple: to offer installers and distributors liners for the restoration of flues and air ducts capable of solving complex problems quickly and permanently, minimising timeframes and impact on buildings.

Beca Engineering technologies are sustainable, designed to simplify the rehabilitation work of the existing flue, ensuring safety and efficiency of the rehabilitated systems.

Each liner is designed for a specific application in order to achieve the best results in any intervention. Our inflatable flues adapt to residential and industrial systems, adhering like a second skin even to irregular surfaces, bends and hard-to-reach ducts.

Designed for condensing boilers. This ecological liner is resistant to acid condensate and engineered to remain dry, improving sealing and system efficiency.

Our liner for non-condensing flues. Easy to install, it adapts to the existing duct and allows you to obtain a monolithic system, without joints or leakage points.

Designed for extraction ducts of kitchen hoods, it is a solution resistant to vapours and grease, with an oil-repellent surface that reduces cleaning requirements.

Developed for the rehabilitation of ventilation and air ducts. It guarantees airtightness, thermal and acoustic insulation, without the need to replace the existing system.

The ceramic solution in European class A1: offers high performance for fireplaces, ovens and wood/pellet stoves. Inorganic, fireproof and refractory, with T600 thermal resistance and resistance to soot fire.

Targeted application and fast installation

Each system is designed to precisely adapt to the real requirements of the context requiring rehabilitation.

Specifically, the liners of the FitFire® and HT1000 series are designed for the rehabilitation of:

  • traditional flues (dry systems, non-condensing);
  • piping for condensing boilers;
  • fireplaces, ovens and wood/pellet stoves;
  • ducts for commercial kitchen hoods;
  • ventilation ducts;
  • complex systems even across multiple floors in large apartment/public buildings.
  • historic buildings;

We also consider the needs of installers and buildings: our thermosetting liners are easy to install, without masonry work, adapting to any duct.

The composite materials from which they are made offer thermal resistance, fire resistance, resistance to chemical agents, fumes and oils from everyday use.
